What this covers
CV Tailor Pro is a one-time digital license for the Figma plugin. The free tier does not involve a purchase and is not eligible for refunds. This policy applies to paid Pro checkout completed through Lemon Squeezy.
14-day refund window
If Pro is not a fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We ask that you contact us before the window closes and include the email used at checkout or your Lemon Squeezy order number so we can locate the license.
How to request a refund
Email contact@boniatolabs.com or use the receipt link from Lemon Squeezy to open a refund request. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
When refunds may be declined
Refunds are generally not available after 14 days, for repeat refund abuse, or when a license was obtained fraudulently or in violation of the Terms of Service. If your license was already revoked for abuse, a refund is not automatic.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, Pro access tied to that license ends. You may continue using the free tier within its published limits.
